The CSB-System simplifies picking considerably because it allows picking of the products in a short and customerspecific way as well as in a logic order. The goods are labelled at production exit. The information printed on the labels is imported in the CSB-System and matched. The pickers fully process the orders on the basis of a displayed picking list. Once they confirm completion of the order, the delivery note is printed. Subsequently, an invoice is created in the order intake department. IT-aided picking reduces costs significantly
