Acceptance of Data Processing
- CSB-System AG will collect user data during interaction with the CSB homepage. This is done in line with the regulations of the German Data Protection Act and the German Tele Services Data Protection Act. CSB-System AG will only collect, process or use personal data or usage data of the user without approval of the user, if this is required for utilizing the services offered by CSB-System AG or teleservices.
- The user agrees that information will automatically be transmitted by his/her internet browser upon accessing the CSB homepage and that this information will be recorded in so-called log files (server log files) for a maximum duration of six months.
- The user consents that CSB-System AG evaluates and analyzes data recorded in so-called log files.
- The user agrees that CSB-System AG utilizes personal data for sending him/her marketing information by email or by post.
- At any time, the user is entitled to demand in writing that his/her personal data recorded by CSB-System AG be deleted. CSB-System AG will then immediately initiate deletion of the data recorded on its own data processing equipment as well as at third parties.
