The history of the company Eisvogel GmbH & Co. KG goes back to the year 1964, when the father of the current managing director Hubert Bernegger started fish farming. Today, Eisvogel sells deep-frozen, fresh and smoked salt and fresh water fish. Apart from the entire wholesale and retail sector, Eisvogel also makes deliveries to restaurants, caterers and hotels. The field service solution is now reduced to essential functionality. Field employees have a laptop with which they can quickly and easily dial into the central system using a SSL/VPN connection. They have online and real-time access to the required information, e.g. when a delivery will be available and in which quantity.
