Acceptance of Data Processing
- CSB-System AG will collect user data during interaction with the CSB homepage. This is done in line with the regulations of the German Data Protection Act and the German Tele Services Data Protection Act. CSB-System AG will not collect, process or use any personal data or usage data of the user without approval, if required for utilizing the services offered by CSB-System AG or teleservices.
- By clicking the "Yes" button, the user declares his/her consent that his/her data will be collected, used and transferred to third parties and may be used by these for purposes of advertising, market or opinion research.
- The user agrees that CSB-System AG utilizes personal data for sending his/her marketing information by email or by post.
- The user consents that CSB-System AG evaluates and analyzes data recorded in so-called log files.
- At any time, the user is entitled to demand in writing that his/her personal data recorded by CSB-System AG be deleted. CSB-System AG will then immediately initiate deletion of the data recorded on its own data processing equipment as well as at third parties.
