Wilhelm Gruyters GmbH & Co. KG is the leading German pastry provider on the communal feeding market. They deliver the bulk of their pastry specialties to hospitals, retirement and nursing homes, canteens and large-scale catering establishments as well as hotels and youth hostels.

One of the factors of success was the systematic expansion of the company: in 1991, Gruyters acquired the majority of Freudenberg GmbH in Großröhrdorf/Saxony and in 1994, they acquired the rights of the traditional brand Kemm from Hamburg.

Variety and quality of the product range remain the most important factors of success: They offer around 150 pastry specialties, including balanced and dietary pastry, butter cookies, cheese pastry and coffee cookies. All products are offered as boxed bulk goods as well as in single sachets. Their up-to-date systems enable the company to package more than 60 varieties fresh from the oven in plastic wraps.
